YouthGive is an iOS app that makes it easy for today’s busy kids, teens and families to get involved in giving back. Find a project. Track your service. Share your good deeds. PGK partners with local and national nonprofits excited to harness the power of youth to create positive change in our communities. Currently at work in Boston, LA and Silicon Valley, PGK is growing its network every day to put more ways to make a difference into the hands of youth looking to make the world a better place.
Not in one of our cities? No worries! YouthGive allows you to track your service hours with any organization, regardless of geography, creating a centralized storage place for your “service resume” so you don’t forget all the ways you helped create good (particularly helpful when it comes time for school and scholarship applications). Some of our partners are national too, so there truly is something for everyone.
What is PGK?
PGK is a 501 (c)(3) public charity changing the ways kids connect to causes. By removing the friction today’s families face trying to incorporate service into an already busy schedule, PGK makes service at an early age more actionable. By partnering with other nonprofits looking to engage the next generation in service, PGK’s platform provides age-appropriate (and fun!) service opportunities in an easily digestible format. We are changing the way today’s youth volunteer while helping build community and relationships that can last a lifetime.
